As anyone who’s spent some time in east Crete knows, dogs often get a hard time on the island. Poisoned, hung, shot, or just tied up and ‘left to rot’ , the lot of a dog on this lovely island is often harsh. But instead of walking by on the other side, we can do something about it by adopting one of these unhappy mutts (and do ourselves a favour in the process!) Sarah is a gorgeous and very gentle small female dog who is waiting to be adopted. ideal for an appartment or place with small garden (and ideal if you have to travel as she’s so small she’ll almost fit in your handbag0 you can adopt her for free and she’ll even be sterilised by the local dog care association. Go on – make her day!!
